Our Iowa-based banking client is looking to add a Personal Banker to their branch. Work model:
- On-Site
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:00 - 11:00 AM rotating Saturdays
- Monday - Friday
- Saturday mornings on a rotating schedule
What you will do:
- Process customer transactions and provide a positive customer experience
- Coordinate all deposit operations
- Perform teller and cash-handling duties
- Deposit balancing, cash transactions, and processing loan payments
- Open, close, and manage accounts for consumers and businesses such as checking, savings, or certificates of deposit
- Cross-sell appropriate products and services to benefit customers
- Answer customer inquiries in person, on the phone, through email, or mobile chat
- Follow all established policies and procedures
What you will need to succeed:
- 6+ months of experience working in a bank, credit union, or financial institution
- Skilled at handling cash and deposit accounts
- Ability to listen to customer requests and process them efficiently and accurately
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
