Palmer Group has partnered with a client in their search for a Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician. This individual will design, test, and operate machines and other equipment. - On-Site
- 3rd Shift, Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am,
- 4th Shift, Friday - Sunday 4:00 am - 4:00 pm
- 5th, Shift Friday - Sunday 4:00 pm - 4:00 am
What you will do:
- Assist in the design and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits, PLCs, and electronic systems used for machine and equipment control
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
- Install electrical and electronic controls on machines by interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of electrical power, steam, water, and gas distribution systems
- Perform basic mechanical repairs as required
- Complete tasks assigned to lower classifications and guide the work of others in those roles when necessary
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience
