Job Description
Palmer Group is partnering with a client in their search for a Production Supervisor. This individual will oversee employees to ensure the efficient and safe production of products, ensuring that they adhere to company policies. If you are interested in this role, apply today!Work model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Thursday
- 4:30 pm - 2:30 am
- Optimize production efficiencies to minimize waste
- Manage human resources and address any safety and quality issues
- Ensure and promote safety in all areas of the facility during assigned shifts
- Enforce and maintain all quality procedures and programs related to shift operations
- Optimize productivity and operational efficiency
- Organize and assign the workforce, setting appropriate staffing levels while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Manage and report timekeeping, production metrics, scrap/yields, and other necessary documentation accurately
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience with manufacturing supervision
- Ability to effectively communicate with subordinates, peers, senior leadership, and various plants and departments as needed
