What you will do:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
