Palmer Group is seeking a dynamic individual with two or more years of Recruiting/HR experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience building relationships through sales, recruiting, and networking activities. This position will work with a team focused on developing candidate pipelines and client-company relationships with organizations looking for Human Resources professionals across several geographic regions.
Position responsibilities include recruiting candidates from all sources, working with existing candidates on direct-hire and contract opportunities, and assisting account executives with client engagements, interviews, references, referrals, and follow-ups on applications and candidate leads.
This position requires a combination of phone calls, emails, texts, and candidate interviews. Interviews will primarily be video but also include face-to-face and phone interviews. The role requires a team approach to helping our client organizations identify, attract, and hire the best talent available to fill their openings. Recruiters who demonstrate consistent effort are strongly rewarded.
