- 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
What you will do:
- Provide daily and hourly leadership and technical guidance to Electrical Assemblers and Electro-Mech Technicians with varying levels of experience
- Teach and mentor Assemblers and Technicians on proper techniques for both standard and custom assembly practices
- Assign and assist Assemblers with project-specific tasks, including panel building, wiring device mounting, and wiring
- Develop and apply labels to devices and panels
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
