Job Description

We have partnered with one of the largest privately held organizations in the Green Bay Area on the search for a Director of Leasing and Equipment. This leadership role oversees and supports the operations of multiple corporate departments, including Leasing and Facilities. Additionally, the position manages contract reviews, handles various legal matters, and oversees the company's TMS program. This position reports directly to the President as well as working with other organizations' executives and comes with a strong compensation package and PTO up to 5 weeks! Apply today to learn more!

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What you will do:

Oversee the corporation's building maintenance programs, collaborating with management to ensure safe and efficient work environments
Manage construction and design projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, architectural standards, and contractual obligations
Resolve issues with landlords for leased properties
Track project progress and prepare periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders

What you will need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience
