What you will do:
Lead and oversee all branch operations
Supervise technicians and installation crews
Maintain inventory levels needed to match the inside and outside sales efforts
Drive business through ongoing networking and community engagement efforts
Ensure consistent brand messaging and processes by collaborating with the main office
Follow the EOS model of business
Lead team and company culture
Stay current with competitors, pricing, and market
Manage budget, forecasting, and P&L
What you will need to be successful:
7+ years in leadership, general manager, or an operations-related role
Experience in industrial service or a related industry
