• Hybrid/Remote/Multiple locations

• Design, develop, install, and make improvements to facility equipment
• Generate estimates accurately and timely
• Develop capital project designs and budgets for new equipment and major repairs
• Train shift maintenance and setup technicians in electrical best practices
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and electrical breakdowns are fixed promptly
• Maintain an open and candid working relationship with immediate supervisor/manager
• Oversee project management and technical activities of team members
• Offer administrative and technical guidance as needed

What you will need to be successful:

• Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field of study (journeyman electrician)
• Prior technical leadership, mentoring, and development experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Technical expertise in applicable codes related to electrical engineering & fire safety
• Proficient in design and calculation software
• Large-scale capital improvement experience ($4M+)
