What you will do:
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment, monitor through regular testing, and oversee strategic deployment
Conduct risk assessments, collect data, write reports, and present findings to senior management
Inspect products using appropriate measuring devices to ensure they meet specifications and review production functions for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost improvements
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or industrial technology with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience with robotic welding cells, onboarding capital equipment, and ACAD or Solidworks proficiency. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead kaizen teams, and handle follow-up tasks.
Strong mathematical abilities, solid verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to read and understand engineering blueprints.
Experience with PLC programming, industrial automation, IoT product implementation, data automation, and analytical tools is a plus.
