This role will be responsible for consulting directly with customers and building relationships with new and current customers. Apply today if interested!

Work model:

Hybrid
Monday - Friday
8-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

What you will do:

Consult directly with core customers via phone, chat, or email to answer questions and provide information regarding policies and coverages
Assist Retention Specialist to ensure policyholder retention
Continue on-the-job training by working with management and other staff members
Build relationships with new and current customers and proactively recommend other products and services to help them do more in their business
Enter call data into computer systems
Work closely with prospective customers to determine coverage needs, provide accurate quotes, and assist with the application process

What you will need to be successful:

High school degree, some college preferred
2+ years of related experience, preferably in insurance, customer service, or a college degree
Requires Property and Casualty Lines license (company will provide study time and pay for the exam)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills and great interpersonal skills
