What you will do:
Process claims
Field questions regarding eligibility and coverage
Provide exceptional customer service to members
Basic accounting, including reconciliation of monthly bank statements and funds transfers
Assist in the preparation of financial reports
Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of health plans and claims
What you will need to be successful:
Customer service experience
Strong understanding of health insurance
Experience with benefits administration and claims processing is preferred
Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and Word
Taft-Hartley experience preferred
