Job Description

Work model:
  • On-Site
What you will do:
  • Process claims
  • Field questions regarding eligibility and coverage
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Basic accounting, including reconciliation of monthly bank statements and funds transfers
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of health plans and claims
What you will need to be successful:
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of health insurance
  • Experience with benefits administration and claims processing is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Taft-Hartley experience preferred
