Palmer Group is currently recruiting for a strong contract-to-hire Customer Service Representative position. This role involves communicating with financial representatives and demonstrating professional communication skills. Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday
• During training 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• After training 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

What you will do:

• Support financial institutions
• Operate in a fast-paced call center environment
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily
• Work independently and navigate multiple computer systems

What you need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of previous call center experience preferred but not required
• Punctual and dependable
• Quick learner and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn
