To ensure continued growth and employee engagement that ultimately results in a higher level of service, they are looking to hire a Human Resources Manager.This individual will be responsible for all employees in the organization and the managerial responsibility of a Learning & Development Coordinator. This individual will significantly impact the organization from PEO management, HRIS implementation, ongoing benefit education, recruitment, and retention.

What you will do:
Implement human resources strategies and initiatives
Help with onboarding to ensure new employees understand their impact on total business strategy and vision
Monitor and evaluate grievances and counseling of employees and supervisors
Oversee payroll administration and reconciliation, including payroll processing
Enhance culture by staying current with market wages, insurance, and retirement plans
Ensure overall compliance with employment law and regulations
Recruit new employees through the creation of hiring practices with department leaders
Stay connected with the communities the institution is serving by being aware of networking and volunteering activities
What you will need to succeed:
Minimum 5 years of human resource experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
PHR or other certifications are preferred
Ability to be bonded and pass credit checks
