What you will do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions
Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Identify opportunities for account growth and work to expand the client base
Prepare and present reports on account status, client feedback, and revenue metrics
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
What you will need to be successful:
Insurance experience and knowledge of basic insurance principles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
