What you will do:
- Oversee all phases of audit, compilation, or review engagements
- Maintain contact with clients throughout the year, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business
- Supervise staff, provide on-the-job training, and review work papers and reports prepared by staff
- Ensure financial statements, tax returns, and recommendation letters are prepared in accordance with professional and firm standards
What you need to be successful:
- At least 3-7 years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating a progression in the complexity of auditing and accounting tasks
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
- Hold a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
