Responsibilities:

Process daily accounts payable transactions, invoices, employee expenses, receipts, ACH, and returned payments

Ensure correct approvals and backup are set in place

Communicate to various departments, employees, and external parties

Reconcile month-end duties as assigned

Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate accounting policies and procedures

Facilitate year-end audit preparation

Ensure information is entered in a timely manner and all payments are made on time
Requirements:
-
Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or comparable experience preferred

2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or transactional accounting

Ability to meet strict deadlines
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
-
Prior experience with financial or banking general ledger software
-
Ability to make sound decisions and work through things with a high attention to detail

Provide excellent communication, organization, and time management
