Responsibilities:

• Work with customers on the cost, schedule, and function of each project
• Develop and lead the design of new process equipment
• oversee the scope, design criteria, schedule, and order of projects 
• Manage the capital project timelines and financial performance
• Train and educate personnel and engineers on how the equipment functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on project management 
• Proficient in plant mechanical and electrical systems 
• Willingness to travel up to 40% 
• Strong communication and leadership skills
