- Handle a diverse portfolio of complex claims
- Conduct investigations to determine legitimacy of claims
- Assess claims to determine appropriate coverage
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with policies and regulations
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in complex claims handling
- Relevant state insurance adjuster license required
- Strong time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented, consistently accurate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hybrid
