Responsibilities:
Open, close, and maintain checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, ATM/Debit Cards, and Online Banking
Analyze credit and financial information to make sound loan decisions
Represent the bank through community involvement
Supervise CSRs and Tellers while monitoring their performance, as well as providing performance reviews
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Assist with processing files and coordinate closings
Motivate, develop, and train direct reports
Requirements:
3+ years of bank management experience required
1+ years of consumer lending experience preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with credit analysis and loan documentation preferred
