Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop a team of 5-15 direct reports
Manage the inventory, storage, and movement of products
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery
Implement and enforce inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies
Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands
Track inventory levels and monitor stock movements by utilizing inventory management software
Seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and quality of work in inventory management processes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting
Able to adapt to change and prioritize tasks
Commitment to being a leader who communicates well and actively engages team members
Possess and foster a high level of commitment to customer service
Skilled with Microsoft Excel
Inventory experience is a plus
