They're seeking a dedicated and experienced Inventory Replenishment Supervisor to lead their 2nd shift team and uphold their legacy of exceptional service and quality. - Lead, train, and develop a team of 5-15 direct reports
- Manage the inventory, storage, and movement of products
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery
- Implement and enforce inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, damages, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands
- Track inventory levels and monitor stock movements by utilizing inventory management software
- Seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and quality of work in inventory management processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Able to adapt to change and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to being a leader who communicates well and actively engages team members
- Possess and foster a high level of commitment to customer service
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Inventory experience is a plus

- Monday - Friday
- 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
