Responsibilities:

Perform design reviews of project documents for conformance with design requirements
Create functional performance test procedures for building systems
Perform field inspections, witness equipment startups, and test and balance activities
Verify and tune systems by performing field functional performance testing with contractors
Prepare deliverables, including technical reports, Cx reports, system manuals, assessments, and LEED documentation
Perform the technical quality, accuracy, and managerial aspects of Cx projects
Create and maintain positive, professional working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors

Requirements:

5+ years of engineering or HVAC field experience
Controls or commissioning work experience
Understanding of Cx requirements, including test and balance, electrical systems, life safety systems, energy audits, and HVAC controls
Desire and ability to lead client meetings
