Responsibilities:

Handle light ordering

Perform bank reconciliations

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Assist with general office duties, including answering phones
Requirements:

Associate or bachelor's in accounting or related degree or equivalent work experience

2+ years of hands-on accounting experience

Sage knowledge is a plus

Strong data entry and Excel formula skills are required

Self-starter who likes to dig in and find solutions

Ability to handle multiple projects at once with time-sensitive deadlines
