As a Low-Voltage Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining low-voltage systems, including, but not limited to, structured cabling, security systems, audio-visual systems, and communication networks. What you will do:
Design low voltage systems based on project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Configure and integrate low voltage systems, such as structured cabling, security cameras, access control, and audio-visual equipment
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
Stay informed about relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations related to low-voltage systems
Ensure that all low-voltage installations comply with safety standards and regulations
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field
Familiarity with industry standards and codes
Proficiency in using design software and tools for low-voltage systems
Knowledge of different low-voltage technologies and products
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders
