Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
- Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Ensure optimal performance by performing regular maintenance on machines to
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC programmer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAM software
- Strong understanding of machining principles and processes
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Familiarity with a variety of materials and machining techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday - Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
