Palmer Group is partnering with a locally owned, family-owned community bank that has been helping Iowa grow since 1895 in the search for a SVP, Indianola Branch Manager. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships and developing and executing strategies to reach the branch's financial goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering business growth and customer retention in the Indianola branch
• Identify and contact potential commercial and business customers in the market
  
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch financial goals
  
• Provide leadership to Indianola branch staff, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
  
• Represents the Bank in various community functions to enhance the Bank's image further and develop additional business

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of prior bank management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of banking and lending experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Knowledge of credit principles and practices, lending laws and regulations
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
