Responsibilities:

Provide administrative assistance to managers

Provide accounts payable support and issue purchase orders

Assist with the maintenance of vendor agreements

Ensure data integrity in project management software

Assist with monthly billings and payroll inputs
Requirements:

2+ years of administrative experience

Impressive computer skills
-
Extremely high attention to detail

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused
