Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential and current clients to understand their lending needs
• Prepare and present lending packages that reflect client needs
• Aid clients with the completion of mortgage applications and all relevant documents
• Review loan applications, gather credit history, and assess risk
• Visit property for real estate purchase or refinance
• Develop relationships with local realtors and developers to promote the use of bank services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
• Prior lending experience with a proven track record of high-level performance
• Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, and other loans
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office, tech-savvy
