Responsibilities:

• Maintain and nurture client relationships in accordance with company standards
• Work cross-functionally with sales and operations to ensure a successful client experience
• Participate in planning and designing solutions for clients
• Provide internal and external communication to those involved in each project
• Train and mentor Project Manager and Project Engineers
• Create and ensure adherence to project timeline and budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering field
• 5+ years experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or related industry
• Experience in estimating, design, and project management
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
