Responsibilities:

Execute and support quality control procedures to ensure firm operations align with best practices
Complete tax returns, financial statements, and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Evaluate business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial statements, and other required financial reports
Collaborate with other department personnel by communicating effectively
Implement firm procedures for identifying client opportunities
Evaluate departments plans with the department supervisor and adapt plans flexibly through daily practice

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related programs or CPA certification
Experience in accounting
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
High level of customer service skills
