Job Description
Description: We are seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on end-user support, server maintenance, and network administration while working closely with IT leadership.
Responsibilities/skills:
• Level 2/3 helpdesk support and systems administration
• Working with IT leadership and other Systems Admin
• Support manufacturing facility with desktops, work stations, zebra printers, scanners, access points, and related end user and network equipment
• Management and cleanup of servers, upgrades, and optimization
• IT systems and network administration for for 8-10 facilities
Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years experience in an IT position
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
• Industry certifications are a plus
• Onsite support experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Scanners and zebra printers
• Basic server and network experience and understanding
• Ability to travel to satellite locations on the Eastern part of the United States up to 30% of the time
