Description:Our healthcare client is seeking an Epic Orders / Lab EAP Analyst to support laboratory ordering workflows, application configuration, testing, and optimization. This consultant will partner closely with laboratory stakeholders to ensure accurate and effective ordering processes.
Responsibilities/skills:
Build, configure, and maintain Epic Orders functionality.
Create and support Laboratory EAP records.
Analyze laboratory workflows and recommend improvements.
Support system testing, validation, deployment, and production stabilization.
Partner with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements.
Maintain clear build and testing documentation.
Qualifications:
Epic Orders build experience.
Laboratory EAP build experience.
Laboratory workflow experience.
Healthcare application analyst experience.
Epic Beaker experience.
Laboratory implementation, migration, or optimization experience.
