Hybrid - Full-time employee opening

Our client, a digital agency in west Michigan, is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to own client projects from requirements through launch and support.

The team works agent-first: you’ll write precise specs, direct AI coding agents, and review their output with a critical eye. They want someone with enough engineering experience to spot a wrong answer immediately and catch it before the client does. You’ll also work directly with clients, explain tradeoffs, and help shape the technical direction of enterprise web, CMS and eCommerce builds.

• Own features and full applications end to end: requirements, architecture, build, deployment and support
• Turn ambiguous client needs into clear specs that agents and teammates can execute against
• Direct AI coding agents through refactors, migrations, integrations and new builds
• Review agent output for correctness, security, performance and maintainability
• Make and document architecture decisions
• Build reusable AI workflows that make the team faster

• 7+ years of professional web development on production applications
• Strong C#/.NET (MVC, Web API) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js)
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools in real project work. 
• Experience with at least one enterprise CMS
