We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive product delivery across high-impact enterprise digital health platforms. In this hybrid delivery leadership role, you will act as a proxy Product Owner and Agile champion—bridging high-level organizational goals with day-to-day engineering execution to deliver scalable, user-centric web and mobile solutions.

Responsibilities/skills:

• Product Ownership & Backlog Leadership: Steer product roadmaps and refine the backlog as a proxy Product Owner, translating organizational strategy into actionable features while balancing stakeholder priorities, business value, and technical scope.

• Requirements & Solution Architecture: Elicit detailed requirements to build comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, process workflows, and API/integration specifications alongside engineering and architecture teams.

• Agile Facilitation: Champion Lean-Agile methodologies by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives) and keeping development velocity on track.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the core liaison between business leaders, cross-functional engineering squads, and external vendors, delivering executive-level updates on milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Quality & Validation: Oversee functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across web and mobile environments to validate releases against business criteria and ensure seamless deployments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or technical delivery within enterprise software environments.

• Proven track record serving as a proxy Product Owner and/or Scrum Master within an Agile framework; certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.

• Background supporting healthcare, clinical, or highly regulated digital platforms, with a solid foundational understanding of system integrations and data flows.

• Hands-on proficiency managing work intake, sprints, and user stories using modern Agile tooling (such as Azure DevOps or Jira).

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
