Job Description

• Supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring organization, accurate tool tracking, and efficient staging of materials and
• equipment
  
• Works closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments on inventory control, tool maintenance, shipping/receiving, and field support
  
• Helps meet field demand and uphold the company's operational standards

• Scan tools in and out using tool tracking software; coordinate repairs and component replacement with the Warehouse Manager
  
• Support labeling, painting, barcoding, and general organization of tools and equipment
  
• Receive incoming materials, verify packing slips, and stage items for field delivery or storage
  
• Assist with routing and preparing daily material/tool deliveries to job sites; drive/make deliveries when needed
  
• Maintain loading efficiency and accurate delivery documentation
  
• Keep the warehouse and tool room clean, organized, and safe; support seasonal tasks like snow removal
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Foremen, and Purchasing on tool/material needs; flag missing tools or delivery issues

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, tool handling, or electrical construction preferred
  
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently or as part of a team
  
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and assist with physical tasks (snow removal, cleaning, etc.)
  
• Effective communication and time management skills
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
• Familiarity with tool tracking software/inventory systems a plus
• Basic mechanical or tool repair skills a plus
