Manufacturing/Process Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT area | Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Process Engineer to develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for precision components. This position will focus on process development, new product introduction, production efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Support new product launches from planning through production
  • Design tooling and fixtures using SolidWorks or similar software
  • Improve throughput, quality, safety, and manufacturing costs
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
  • Lead Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with quality, production, engineering, and customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience
  • Experience with process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or comparable 3D modeling software
  • Experience with surface treatment processes—such as shot peening, blasting, coating, or finishing—is highly preferred
  • Aerospace, medical, NADCAP, or AS9100 experience is a plus
  • Must be eligible to work with ITAR-controlled information
