Description:Our client, a large, well-established healthcare organization, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a credentialing implementation initiative. This is a long-term, multi-phase engagement supporting a large, cross-functional team, with the project currently moving through contract finalization toward a planned go-live in January. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing complex, evolving requirements and coordinating a broad group of stakeholders across a sizable organization.

Responsibilities/skills:
Lead end-to-end project management for a credentialing software implementation.
Manage complex, evolving requirements across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
Facilitate alignment and communication across a large, cross-functional project team.
Track milestones, dependencies, and risks throughout a long, multi-phase implementation.
Coordinate with software vendors and internal teams on configuration and rollout.

Qualifications:
Proven project management experience on large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex requirements gathering and long implementation timelines.
Background in Information Technology (IT) project delivery.
Experience with credentialing software/platforms strongly preferred.
Healthcare industry experience is a nice-to-have, not required.
