Job Description
Responsibilities
• Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure efficient production flow.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using root cause analysis.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering on tooling, new product introduction (NPI), process improvements, and production deviations.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate production data to support process control and operational decision-making.
• Coordinate daily production activities, including material replenishment, production status updates, and issue resolution.
• Support manufacturing operations by coordinating materials, documentation, quality concerns, waste removal, and production tracking.
Requirements
• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and continuous improvement principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
