Job Description
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and support teams to ensure efficient production flow.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues using root cause analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering on tooling, new product introduction (NPI), process improvements, and production deviations.
Collect, analyze, and communicate production data to support process control and operational decision-making.
Coordinate daily production activities, including material replenishment, production status updates, and issue resolution.
Support manufacturing operations by coordinating materials, documentation, quality concerns, waste removal, and production tracking.
Requirements
Associate degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment (2+ years preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and continuous improvement principles.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
