Job Description
Description: We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the design, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated manufacturing equipment. This role will work closely with production and maintenance teams to support PLCs, HMIs, robotics, drives, and plant automation systems while helping drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- 3+ years of controls, automation, PLC programming, or industrial electrical experience
- Experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, Step 7, Simotion Scout) and/or Allen Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000, RSLogix)
- Experience with HMI development, troubleshooting, and industrial automation systems
- Ability to support equipment startup, commissioning, debugging, and production issues
- Experience with robotics, servo systems, VFDs, and industrial networking is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but can be waived for candidates with relevant hands-on experience
- Automotive, stamping, manufacturing, or industrial automation environments
- Experience supporting high-volume production equipment and plant operation
