Job Description
Description: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive stamping environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production activities, driving safety and productivity, minimizing downtime, and leading production teams to achieve daily goals.
Location: Near Bad Axe, Michigan (Thumb area) - relocation can be provided if necessary.

Responsibilities/skills:
- Supervise and support production team members on assigned shift
- Monitor production performance, downtime, changeovers, and safety compliance
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to company policies
- Coordinate staffing needs, including overtime scheduling
- Track and communicate production metrics and shift performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
- Automotive stamping manufacturing experience required
- Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under production pressure
- Experience tracking downtime and executing action plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Calm, solutions-focused approach in high-pressure situations
