Description:
This role is responsible for both estimating and managing construction projects from pre-bid through completion. The position combines technical estimating expertise with hands-on project management, including coordination with field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities/Skills:

• Prepare accurate project estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage projects from kickoff through completion, including scheduling, procurement, and field coordination
• Develop and track change orders, project documentation, and monthly billings
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines while communicating updates and resolving issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical or construction industry, or a related degree
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with estimating and project management software (e.g., Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
