Job Title: HR Generalist (On Site)
Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable HR Generalist to support day to day human resources operations at their on site location. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and general HR support. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR related questions, policies, and procedures
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and orientation coordination
• Assist with administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate tracking of employee hours, pay adjustments, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Assist with employee relations matters and help address workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support performance management processes, including documentation and performance review coordination
• Help implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and internal initiatives
• Partner with leadership on HR related projects and organizational initiatives
• Assist with recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication as needed
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Three or more years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience supporting payroll processes and benefits administration
• Working knowledge of HR policies, employment law basics, and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
