Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key HR metrics—such as turnover, recruitment trends, and engagement levels—to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements to HR leadership.
Organizational Development: Support change management initiatives and corporate HR projects to help the facility scale efficiently during its current phase of rapid growth.
Qualifications:
