Position Overview
OtterBase is looking to hire an Onsite Supervisor to support our clients Non-Clinical operations at an area leading Healthcare Facility. The Onsite Supervisor oversees a team handling non clinical responsibilities on hospital units so nurses can focus on delivering quality patient care. This is a hands on leadership role in a fast paced hospital environment that requires strong communication, organization, and team development skills.

This is not a desk job. Team members, including Supervisors, walk an average of 25000 steps per shift while supporting hospital units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Concierge team members on assigned hospital units

• Monitor unit activity and respond to patient and nurse requests in real time

• Partner with nurse leadership and participate in unit huddles

• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for team members

• Manage schedules, attendance, and staffing coverage

• Track performance metrics and maintain service standards

• Address staff concerns and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of leadership experience

• 2 or more years of hospitality or concierge experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Healthcare or hospital experience preferred

• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools

• High school diploma required, Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

• Fast paced hospital setting

• Flexible schedule required, including weekends and some holidays

• Role involves extended periods on your feet and continuous movement
