OtterBase is seeking compassionate, service-driven professionals to join our client’s team as a Concierge at one of the region’s leading hospitals.

In this role, you will support clinical teams, assist patients and families, and help create a calm, seamless experience at every touchpoint. This is an opportunity to bring elevated hospitality into a healthcare environment where service truly makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with nurses and clinical staff to manage and fulfill non-clinical requests through our client’s custom app.
• Provide thoughtful, responsive support to patients, families, and visitors.
• Balance empathy with efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital setting.
• Contribute to a culture that blends warmth, professionalism, and high-touch service.
• Serve as a trusted resource, helping ensure every interaction feels supportive and personalized.
