Seeking a HR Process Analyst to support enterprise HR processes, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, learning, and employee lifecycle improvements. This role partners with HR and technical teams to document current processes, identify gaps, and design more efficient future-state workflows.
Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements
Map current-state and future-state HR processes
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into system-ready requirements
Support HR technology initiatives (recruiting, onboarding, learning)
Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong process mapping and requirements skills
Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
HR systems experience (Workday preferred)
