Job Description
Description: We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst certified in Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory to support and enhance our outpatient pharmacy applications. This role is part of a collaborative team of three analysts responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and advancing Epic Willow systems as we continue through our application optimization and maintenance phases.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Support, configure, and maintain Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory modules for outpatient pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinical staff, and IT colleagues to identify workflow improvements and implement system optimizations.
- Participate in ongoing system maintenance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Lead and participate in system upgrades, patches, testing, and documentation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Willow Ambulatory and Inventory, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Partner with users to assess needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and end-user training as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Certifications they must have: Willow ambulatory & willow inventory
- Experience maintaining Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory applications with outpatient pharmacy currently doing optimization and maintenance phases of modules
- Need to have implementation experience
