Job Description

Learning Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Identify training audiences by partnering with instructional designers, SMEs, and business partners.

  • Assign and manage training in Workday Learning, including enrollments, attendance, compliance tasks, and custom reports.

  • Maintain the learning catalog, user access, campaigns, and scheduled reports.

  • Provide advanced support for Workday Learning issues, analyze recurring problems, and collaborate on course improvements.

  • Monitor Workday updates and support documentation, videos, and help resources.

  • Recommend process and system improvements to enhance training quality and efficiency.

  • Manage eLearning software licenses and support onboarding of new team members.

  • Coordinate training logistics, including vendor-provided programs.

  • Maintain LMS and DAM system data, permissions, and governance.

  • Support communication of curriculum changes and assist leaders with LMS-related questions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Background in instructional design, instructional technology, or related fields preferred.

  • Experience with LMS platforms (Workday Learning preferred) and DAM systems.

  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Comfortable learning new software and partnering with organizational leaders.
