Job Title: Interior Layout Designer

Job Profile Summary

• 5+ years of relevant experience in CAD design for commercial interior environments, including office spaces, warehouses, restaurants/kitchens, or similar settings

• Strong understanding of applicable building codes and standards related to commercial design

• Design and develop 2D layouts for various departments, back-of-house team member spaces, and offices

• Apply design criteria across multiple locations with varying dimensions by evaluating needs and exploring layout options

• Produce detailed layout and production drawings, including dimensions, item tags, and title blocks

• Proficiency in 2D CAD software required; working knowledge of 3D design software is a plus
