Job Description

We are seeking a technical leader to develop and grow an agile engineering team within a meaningful, high-growth industry focused on enhancing global health and well-being. This senior role offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic leadership, mentor a multi-disciplined team, and be hands-on in the technical architecture, including leading the integration of a recently acquired platform. The work involves scaling a cutting-edge SaaS data platform that automates previously manual, paper-based processes for high-value transactional data.

Responsibilities/skills:
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a multi-disciplined engineering team while providing deep technical hands-on contributions to architecture and development efforts.

  • Strategically guide the team through a current acquisition integration, ensuring continuity, quality, and technical alignment.

  • Develop, implement, and promote standards for operational excellence, development efficiency, and production quality within agile delivery sprints.

  • Partner with Product, Data Analytics, and Senior Leadership to define and execute strategic plans, roadmaps, and recruitment strategies to attract top diverse talent.

  • Design and implement mission-critical systems managing large-scale data sets, creating robust API/Service interfaces, and ensuring the adoption of industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Advanced technical experience with the core web stack, including ASP.NET Core/Framework, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, and React.

  • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Environments (e.g., Azure), including security best practices, databases (e.g., Azure SQL), and building Microservices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects across multiple locations, languages, and time zones while maintaining strong organizational leadership.

  • Extensive experience with CI/CD Pipelines (e.g., Github actions / Azure Dev Ops) and deep technical experience in developing scalable, mission-critical systems.

  • SAAS software experience highly preferred, coupled with expertise in working with stakeholders to create high-quality teams and leading change management initiatives.
